GM Diet Plan

First day.....

Fourth day......

On the fourth day you only have to eat banana and milk. Throughout the day, you can drink 6 to 8 large bananas and 3 glasses of skimmed milk.


Fifth day.....

Eat 280 grams of chicken or fish with 6 big tomatoes. If you are vegetarian, you can eat brown rice or cheese instead of meat. Increase drinking capacity

Sixth day.....

You can eat as many vegetables as you like on these days, especially spinach but not potatoes at all. Vegetarians can eat brown rice and cheese while non-vegetarian chicken or fish. Drink lots of water even on this day.

Seventh day......

You can eat brown rice or a roti, fruit juice, fruits and vegetables throughout the day

Important tip

While following the GM diet, it is important that you walk at least 45 minutes every day for seven days. If you are feeling weak, then avoid doing hard exercise. Avoid high calorie beverages and sweeteners. During this time, you can take black tea, black coffee or herbal tea but without adding sugar.
